Ostara Women's Meditation Circle

Service Description

This is a space for women to come together as we used to. A place to be and be held. Each offering will begin by our opening our circle and connecting together, using breathing and mindfulness techniques to quiet the mind and support our emotions. We will do a Reiki share which will be an opportunity to really deepen the connection within and between. I invite those who are Reiki workers to share and receive and if you aren't Reiki initiated and you wish to receive then you are very welcome to set that intention. Each block will focus on a different theme and will include some teaching, sharing and practices that can be adopted and adapted to suit your life and situations. I am so honoured to be able to share this offering with you and it has been a long time in birthing. It will be a sharing of my experiences as a Psychotherapist and Energy worker and how I combine the spiritual and practical in a way that honours the soul and the Divine Feminine. All sessions will be held using zoom and you will receive links each week in advance. All sessions and meditations are recorded and will be shared after the meet.
