About the event

Life is busy; work, family, relationships, finances, the list of stressors is almost endless. We all experience stress and anxiety differently, however, we can all identify with what being anxious or stressed out feels like. It’s exhausting. We often completely forget about ourselves in the never-ending laundry pile, work schedules and general life admin. 

Invest in yourself with this two-hour workshop that looks at stress and how it manifests itself in the body. With practical techniques to manage stress, mindful breathing and finishing with a guided meditation that will be emailed to each participant to enjoy any time and any place. A space to take a breath and learn how to self-care when we need it most.
